Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty, and convenience services in your community, keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do.

Summary:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Sales Expectations: Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs; possess a "selling is fun" attitude; promote sales of beauty products; encourage participation in the PC Optimum program.
2. Customer Service: Promote a positive environment for customers and coworkers; always prioritize customer satisfaction; model desired behaviors using eClienteling; promote products and the PC Optimum program; book appointments for in-store events.
3. Operations: Exhibit and promote company products and services; attend vendor training and workshops; adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.
4. General: Comply with health and safety regulations, store policies, loss prevention policies; act professionally; perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Independent thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Selling skills in cosmetics and luxury goods.

Experience:

• Proven consultative and selling skills with a track record of success.
