Account Manager – Grounds Maintenance & Snow
You are self-motivated, have good people and organizational skills, professional attitude, and appearance. You are experienced and knowledgeable in all facets of the Ground Maintenance and Snow Services. As Account Manager, you will drive sales and cultivate lasting relationships with a dedicated portfolio of clients, engaging with key business leaders and stakeholders.
Requirements
●Previous Landscape Maintenance and Snow Clearing Experience
●Knowledge of basic landscape construction (Sod, Seed, Planting, River Rock)
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
●Proven sales & account management or other relevant experience.
●Familiarity with LMN is considered an asset.
●Strong prospecting skills
●Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
Your duties will include:
●Meet sales targets for the grounds maintenance and snow divisions.
●Serve as the primary contact, building long-term customer relationships.
●Guide customers through various communication methods (email, phone, presentations, meetings).
●Develop trusted advisor relationships with key clients.
●Ensure successful service delivery aligned with client needs.
●Forecast and track key account metrics.
●Maintain industry knowledge through ongoing learning and networking.
●Ensure client satisfaction and provide exceptional daily service.
●Onboard new clients and nurture existing relationships.
●Conduct "RECONR" meetings to upsell current clients.
●Manage and schedule new sales with the Division Manager and production team.
●Coordinate job handoffs and site visits with the Division Manager and Production Supervisor.
●Organize client files on the server and input sales data.
This is a full-time position paying a salary of $60,000 to $70,000 per year with benefits. Pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.
