XM is an American supplier of contemporary sunshade fabrics. We are committed to developing and manufacturing innovative products that provide efficient indoor and outdoor sunshade solutions for residential, public buildings and commercial spaces around the world.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a B2B sales environment. You will engage with customers, promote products, and ensure a positive sales record. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Pays base salary + commission + bonus

Duties

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Analyze sales data and recommend changes or improvements for better customer satisfaction and future revenue.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos.
  • Research local markets and pinpoint potential business leads, then develop strategies to broaden our outreach and bring in new customers.
  • Effective training methods are vital to providing our sales representatives with the tools they need to meet monthly sales goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or during follow-up calls.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall sales strategy.

Experience
