PERSONAL INJURY LITIGATION LAWYER (Earn over $200,000 per year with no upper limit!)

Auger Hollingsworth Accident & Injury Lawyers is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer to manage plaintiff files from inception to conclusion. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.

We need a proactive litigation lawyer capable of handling a full litigation practice. We offer flexible work arrangements: 100% remote, in-office, or hybrid for top candidates.

You will work independently with your own law clerk/paralegal to prosecute cases efficiently and aim for fair, timely resolutions. Responsibilities include meeting with clients, building cases from inception through discovery, mediation, pre-trial, and trial, and collaborating with other attorneys on case strategies.

You are expected to engage in ongoing legal education, stay updated on case law, attend legal conferences, and continually enhance your litigation skills. Only top-tier "A Players" who understand the importance of hard work, continuous learning, and dedication should apply.
