Remote Associate Attorney - Workers' Compensation

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney specializing in Workers' Compensation to work remotely with occasional office meetings in the following locations:

• Central California, Fresno
• Inland Empire, Ontario
• East Bay, Oakland
• Orange County, Fullerton
• Northern California, Redding
• Westlake Village, Westlake Village

Salary Range: $80,000 to $210,000 annually, plus quarterly bonus opportunities.

Role Overview

Associate Attorneys manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases, including discovery and litigation phases. The role involves collaboration with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Key Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and an undergraduate degree
• Active membership in the State Bar of California
• Strong research, analysis, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
