- Analyze market research data to improve business decisions or activities
- Develop events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes
- Direct marketing strategies of establishments
- Produce educational and publicity programs and informational materials
- Evaluate an organization's Internet presence
- Oversee preparation of written materials for website content
- Market business services
- Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials
- Act as spokesperson for the organization
- Assist in preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials
- Coordinate special publicity events and promotions
