Qualifications and Experience

• Proven success in managing medium-sized projects and leading project teams.
• Strong communication, planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of project management methodologies, construction practices, and sector-specific regulations.
• Relevant technical qualifications and memberships (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE).
• Experience in property or infrastructure project management, with a focus on delivery phases.
