Who are we looking for?

Due to continuing growth in our Rail/Transit practice, we are seeking a Senior Rail Transit Project Manager for any of our GTA offices. This position will be integral in the development and growth of GHD's Transit / Rail practice.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead rail/transit projects including light rail (LRT), bus rapid transit (BRT), commuter rail or other project types
• Deliver GHD’s projects to budget, schedule and quality standards; provide overall supervision and project management leadership during the design-build full cycle phase.
• Proactively respond to client requests, exceeding expectations in delivering client excellence.
• Monitor project schedules, coordinate with sub-consultants, Municipalities, Utility companies, Railway Owners and Operators, and Clients; assist with contract administration as needed.

What you bring to the team:

• Strong Project Management experience on LRT or BRT projects within Canada
• Knowledge of alternative project delivery methods (P3, DB), and experience managing teaming arrangements with contractors and consultants
• Experience with elevation guideways is essential
• Minimum of 12 years of project management experience leading large multi-discipline engineering teams
• Professional Engineering License in the Province of Ontario
