We are seeking a Business Development Analyst to play a key role in advancing growth across Defense & Intelligence. This position supports strategic planning, pipeline development, and capture initiatives by providing high-impact contributions across the full business development lifecycle—from market research and opportunity identification to proposal development and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and bring curiosity, initiative, and hard work.
Due to the collaborative nature of this role and the requirement to access classified materials, this position is based in Colorado Springs and requires on-site presence at least three days per week.
Responsibilities :
The Business Development Analyst will be accountable for :
Monitor market and customer trends to support development of growth strategies.
Assist in developing campaign materials and presentations that articulate value proposition.
Maintain accurate and timely updates in Salesforce (or other CRM systems) to track pursuits and outcomes.

This position is part of our Federal Solutions team, which delivers resources to US government customers in defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental sectors. Salary Range :
120,800.00 - $217,400.00
