We are currently looking to add experienced Adjusters to our team! Can work in a HYBRID environment.

The Adjuster actively adjusts claims while ensuring that business development opportunities are maximized. This involves marketing and follow-up of opportunities in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate should have experience in at least one of these areas: Auto, Property, Liability, Accident Benefits, Bodily Injury claims.
University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance is an asset.
Willing to pursue an adjuster’s license and CIP designation.
Equivalency in combination of education and experience will be considered.
Ongoing commitment to education and learning.
Ability to learn investigative skills and techniques.
Able to draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate them.
Ability to review and interpret documentation and form conclusions as it relates to the claim.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Effective written skills.
Effective verbal communication, including listening, interviewing, and negotiating.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities effectively.
Proactive and positive approach to customer service, ensuring that all inquiries are handled in a timely manner.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively deal with conflict and difficult situations.
