We are currently looking to add experienced Adjusters to our team! Can work in a HYBRID environment.

The Adjuster actively adjusts claims while ensuring that business development opportunities are maximized. This involves marketing and follow-up of opportunities in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

• The ideal candidate should have experience in at least one of these areas: Auto, Property, Liability, Accident Benefits, Bodily Injury claims.

• University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance is an asset.

• Willing to pursue an adjuster’s license and CIP designation.

• Equivalency in combination of education and experience will be considered.

• Ongoing commitment to education and learning.

• Ability to learn investigative skills and techniques.

• Able to draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate them.

• Ability to review and interpret documentation and form conclusions as it relates to the claim.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Effective written skills.

• Effective verbal communication, including listening, interviewing, and negotiating.

• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities effectively.

• Proactive and positive approach to customer service, ensuring that all inquiries are handled in a timely manner.

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively deal with conflict and difficult situations.
