Job description

We are currently looking to add experienced Adjusters to our team! Can work in a HYBRID environment.

Responsibilities:

The Adjuster actively manages claims while seeking business development opportunities through marketing and timely follow-up.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in Auto, Property, Liability, Accident Benefits, or Bodily Injury claims.
  • University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance is an asset.
  • Willingness to pursue an adjuster’s license and CIP designation.
  • Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
  • Ongoing commitment to education and learning.
  • Ability to learn investigative skills and techniques.
  • Ability to draw valid conclusions and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to review and interpret documentation to form conclusions.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including listening, interviewing, and negotiating.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Proactive and positive customer service approach, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with conflict and difficult situations.
