PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :
As the Disability Management (DM) Specialist, your role involves working with collaborators to assist ill, injured, or disabled employees in returning to work safely and efficiently.
This position can be based in Calgary, AB, Toronto, ON, Winnipeg, MB, or Kansas City, MO.

Management Conductor Program :
Becoming a qualified conductor or locomotive engineer is a key way for management employees to learn the business at CPKC. You may be required to obtain or maintain certification / qualification as a conductor or locomotive engineer.
