Job Opportunity: Service Advisor

Compensation: Up to $XX, per year

What You Will Be Doing:

• Assess auto services by listening to customer descriptions, clarifying issues, conducting inspections, test drives, checking maintenance records, and reviewing service schedules.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records; explain provisions and exclusions.
• Develop estimates by calculating costs for materials, supplies, labor, and customer payments, including deductibles.
• Prepare repair orders by describing issues, repairs, and causes; obtain approvals; enter data into the service system.
• Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates, vehicle return times, and addressing questions; coordinate towing and transportation as needed.
• Keep accurate records of problems and corrective actions.
• Enhance job knowledge through educational opportunities and reading manufacturer publications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum years of experience in a customer service role.
• Auto experience is considered an asset.
• Valid G Driver's License.
• Flexibility to work during our business hours, including Saturdays.
