A leading company in the health and wellness sector is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Business Partner. This role involves preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, a high school diploma, and at least five years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing contractors, maintaining building systems, and performing various repairs. A valid driver's license is required as travel between facilities is necessary.

Position Scope :
The Facilities Maintenance Business Partner will be responsible for general preventative maintenance and repair of buildings, systems, and equipment for the clubs from Bowmanville to Kingston. This position will comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental and provincial agencies as well as company directives related to building operations and work safety.
