Job details

Browns Socialhouse Stonebridge is seeking a Kitchen Manager interested in working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and expansion. The ideal candidate is a strong line cook and leads by example, valuing strong relationships with the Owner/Operator.

Role/Responsibilities:
  1. Learn, observe, and maintain Browns Socialhouse systems and operations.
  2. Consistently execute food to specifications and within time standards.
  3. Manage food, kitchen labor, and other kitchen-related costs.
  4. Oversee inventory and ordering, meet budget targets, and perform food cost analysis.
  5. Manage prep inventory.
  6. Supervise menu rollouts and product updates, including training and quality control.
  7. Ensure timely food delivery to guests.
  8. Train, develop, and motivate employees.
  9. Maintain kitchen labor and food costs.
  10. Ensure high-quality food production and presentation.
  11. Follow proper food safety practices.
Requirements:
  1. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Effective written and oral communication skills.
  3. Problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent organizational skills.
  5. Professional attitude and collaborative approach.
  6. Ability to train, develop, and motivate staff.
