Job summary

Lightwell Learning in Vancouver, BC, is seeking an Early Years Program Coordinator to lead and coordinate Lightwell's Early Years offerings for preschool through early elementary learners. Qualifications

• Experience with preschoolers with learning differences.
• Ability to develop individualized learning plans.
• Strong collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver group programs for preschool to elementary learners.
• Provide one-to-one instruction in person and online.
• Develop learning plans and support strategies.
• Engage families with progress updates and reports.
• Coordinate enrollment, scheduling, and learner records.
