Job summary

The Learning Enrichment Foundation in Toronto is seeking enthusiastic Early Childhood Assistants (ECAs) to support child-family- and community-focused programs. You will plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities, prioritize children’s health and safety, and build strong relationships with families and staff.

Ideal candidates have an ECA certificate or equivalent and at least 1 year of child-care experience, with knowledge of Ontario standards like EL framework and AQI.

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Assistant Certificate or equivalence required.
• At least 1 year of experience with children aged 0-12.
• Familiarity with Ontario child care standards and guidelines.
