Job summary

Kids & Company in Calgary is seeking a full-time Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or 3 to join our Evanston location. You will support children's development through individualized goals, collaborate with families and professionals, and help implement an Emergent Curriculum.

As part of a supportive team, you will maintain a safe learning environment, assist across classrooms, complete daily documentation, and participate in ongoing training and meetings to enhance care and programming.

Qualifications

• Valid Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or Level 3 certification.
• Standard Child Care First Aid & CPR Level B.
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last 3 months.
• Experience supporting children with exceptionalities or diverse learning needs is a strong asset.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to varying classroom needs.
• Ability to lift and/or support up to 45 lbs.
