The ideal candidate holds an Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification and demonstrates excellent communication skills. Qualifications
Current Standard First Aid with CPR-C certificate from approved AB OHS provider.
Evidence of a clear Police Information Check and Vulnerable Sector Search.
Three professional references.
Responsibilities
Utilize established communication strategies for operational effectiveness.
Manage centre operations with a cooperative team approach.
Deliver developmentally appropriate programs reflecting the centre's Program Plan.
Support curriculum delivery and child development practices.
Demonstrate safe practices and manage emergency situations.
Maintain a clean and safe environment as per established procedures.
Engage in centre and association events.
