BrightPath Kids in West Henday, AB is seeking an Early Childhood Educator-Level 1 to work with teachers and families, delivering a nurturing, home-away-from-home learning environment for children.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends, plus a 40% childcare discount for full-time staff and 10% for part-time, tuition reimbursement, RRSP with company match, sick time, holidays, vacation days and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• ECE Level 3 Certification or B.Ed./Equivalent required.
• Must meet province requirements for childcare employment.
• Current Standard First Aid and infant CPR certification.
• Immunization and health assessment as per Health Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a program aligned with BrightPath curriculum.
• Maintaining a safe, healthy environment for children.
• Assessing development and communicating progress with parents and staff.
• Collaborating with coworkers, management and families.
• Attending staff meetings and professional development.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
