BrightPath Kids is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to support children in a learning environment and collaborate with classroom staff. The role requires ECE certification or equivalent, with a preference for two years of support experience and familiarity with developmental disabilities.

• Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
• Current immunization and health assessment as per local requirements

• Helping children with various degrees of need in the learning environment.
• Planning and implementing programming based on needs of children.
• Providing support to other classroom staff.
• Maintaining an environment that protects the well-being of children.
• Effectively communicating and building a relationship with children and families.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education - Level 1,2 or 3 Certification OR B.Ed./Equivalent
• 2 years of experience as a support worker preferred
• Familiarity with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Must meet province requirements for childcare employment
• Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
• Current immunization and health assessment as per the local Minister of Health Requirements
