BrightPath Kids in Creekside, AB seeks an Early Childhood Educator to work with teachers and families, providing a nurturing home-like environment for children. You will develop and implement a BrightPath-aligned program, protect children’s well-being, and collaborate with staff and families to support each child’s growth.

Role includes teamwork, ongoing professional development, and opportunities to participate in a comprehensive benefits package while enjoying no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• ECE role focused on implementing BrightPath curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, healthy environment for children.
• Assess children and discuss progress with families.

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education - Level 1 Certification OR B.Ed./Equivalent
• Must meet province requirements for childcare employment
• Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
• Current immunization and health assessment as per the local Minister of Health Requirements
