Job Title : Customer Service Representative (On-Site)

Job Description

Our Customer Service Representative interfaces with client customers of SharkNinja via inbound / outbound calls and / or via the Internet. This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility and provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding SharkNinja's product and / or services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll :

  • Provide inbound customer support.
  • Be a ‘brand ambassador’ for SharkNinja products by promoting the brand and building loyalty through excellent customer interactions.
  • Understand the impact they have on the customer’s perception of the SharkNinja brand.
  • Consultatively position and sell SharkNinja products and services by identifying customer needs and sharing targeted features and benefits to improve product experiences.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include :

  • Minimum of 6 months previous experience in a customer service role, or comparable business service sector.
  • High School or University diploma.
  • Must be within 65kms of the Chatham office.
  • 18.50 / hour.
  • Ability to work in a Windows environment.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies.
