Job Description

Shift Leaders supervise employees and the general operations of the store. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills to respond to customer needs. They should be self-motivated and willing to assist managers with tasks to keep our facilities well-maintained and operational. Knowledge of store operations and a commitment to quality and customer service are essential.

Pay Rates Starting between: $16.85 - $21.25 / hour

Qualifications
  • Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
  • Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate staff
  • Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Background check required
