Job Description

Shift Leaders supervise employees and oversee general store operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills to address customer needs, be self-motivated, and assist managers with tasks to maintain well-functioning facilities. Knowledge of store operations and a commitment to quality and customer service are essential.

Pay Rate

Starting between: $16.85 - $21.25 per hour

Qualifications
  • Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to foster a customer-focused culture
  • Proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with team members, customers, vendors, and management
  • Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Background check required
