Job Description

Shift Leaders supervise store employees and oversee general operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, respond effectively to customer needs, and be self-motivated to assist managers in maintaining a well-run, clean, and efficient facility. Knowledge of store operations and a commitment to quality and customer service are essential.

Pay Rate: Starting between $16.85 and $21.25 per hour.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to foster a customer-focused environment.
  • Proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with employees, customers, vendors, and corporate staff at various levels.
  • Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
  • Background check required.
