About the Role

As a key member of the Real Estate Team, you will work alongside partners, associates, and clerks specializing in commercial real estate, with additional support in corporate matters. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on residential and commercial real estate transactions, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Provide legal counsel on potential risks, legal complications, and transactional structuring.
• Handle corporate-related real estate work, with potential for bonus opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to manage and execute property transactions, ensuring smooth closings.
• Work closely with partners and associates on various commercial real estate and financing matters.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate law.
• Experience in commercial financing transactions is an asset but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex legal matters.
• Bilingualism (English & French) and an existing book of business are considered assets but are not mandatory.
