Senior Quality Lab Analyst, Taste & Wellbeing in Singapore – Your future position?
Reporting to: Head of Quality, APAC
Main Responsibilities
Perform sensory evaluation, chemical, physical testing of flavouring products or ingredients to ensure that products are conforms to requirements standard and specification.
Responsible for approval/rejection decisions on finished products and raw materials and review of test methods, specifications and procedures/work instructions
Support microbiological testing of flavouring products, raw material, environmental and water.
Lead quality investigations of products and raw materials and follow up on closure on quality related matters.
Lead the Cleaning and Environmental Monitoring Programme
Maintenance of laboratory / Quality Control equipment includes monitoring equipment calibration.
Identify opportunity for improvements in QC
To implement HACCP, FSSC 22000 and EHS in daily working activities and supporting all audit (include customer audit).

Main Requirements
Able to commit to an additional Sunday (half day) for work in each month
Laboratory or QC techniques required
Basic food sensory evaluation capability
Operational experience on laboratory system, analytical equipment and instruments and microbiological testing experience
Knowledge of chemical substances, hazardous material and related local regulations
Academic Background:
Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology with minimum 2 years experience in food manufacturing QC OR
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology with/without experience in QC
