Job description

We are seeking a business analyst to support our organization in achieving its objectives by managing the scope and requirements for manufacturing and asset management projects. This role is central to our operations, directly impacting the processes and systems across our global facilities.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with business teams to analyze and optimize processes within the scope to improve efficiency and system performance.
  2. Documenting business objectives and solutions, emphasizing clarity and visual representation of the 'Why', 'What', and 'How'.
  3. Identifying and managing gaps between requirements and solutions.
  4. Working closely with cross-functional and development teams as a key liaison.
  5. Participating in continuous improvement projects, including planning, testing, and handover activities, with a focus on customer experience and best practices.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across different organizational levels.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English; Spanish is a plus.

Assets include:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
  • Experience with ERP and MES systems, particularly SAP.
  • Understanding of IT operational processes.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
