Summary: As a Technology Strategy and Transformation Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Act as an expert in your areas of focus (i.e., enterprise architecture, including cloud technology, information, data, and business architecture).
- Lead and contribute to the delivery of business-led, technology-enabled transformation programs.
- Lead and manage diverse teams, contributing to their development and helping them reach their potential.
- Identify and address client needs through critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Lead the delivery of transformation programs that prioritize user-centric, agile methodologies.
- Provide guidance on project priorities, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while contributing to practice and business development.
- Communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences, including senior executives.
- Coach peers and provide guidance on work performance.
- Lead practice development activities like new service offerings, training, recruiting, and marketing.
- Engage in business development, including proposal writing and presentations.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
- Deep experience in a consulting environment focusing on enterprise architecture.
- Ability to design, architect, and implement cloud-based solutions; review current infrastructure and identify gaps.
- Propose best practices to optimize clients’ technology ecosystems, leveraging paradigms like serverless, containers, and microservices.
- Good understanding of solution architecture, API lifecycle, technical documentation, and integration concepts like Microservices, SOA, RESTful services, Event-Driven Architecture.
- Experience with migration strategies and modernization of legacy systems.
- Architecture modeling experience; certifications in TOGAF and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) are advantageous.
- Additional expertise in digital strategies, governance models, product roadmaps, and emerging technologies like IoT, blockchain, analytics, and BI.
- Interest in upskilling for a digital world, learning new tools, and adapting work methods.
- Commitment to diversity, coaching, and ensuring inclusive perspectives.
- Ability to serve as an architecture SME and provide strategic guidance.
- Relevant experience from consulting or industry roles, with preferred sectors including Public Sector, Telco, and Retail.
- Strong communication skills, experience with various methodologies (waterfall, Scrum, Agile), and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
