Position Summary
This role’s primary responsibility is to provide sound leadership to IBEW’s support team (represented by COPE Local 343). The Office Manager will oversee the daily administrative operations of IBEW Local 353 (including all satellite office locations), ensuring efficient office functionality, supporting union leadership, and providing exceptional service to members. This role requires a strong understanding of how to create structure where structure is lacking, how to communicate in a way that gains trust and enables performance as well as how to maintain a culture of accountability through clear expectations and leadership techniques.
