What’s the role?

We are seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Revenue Manager, this role will support order-to-cash processes and revenue reporting, significantly impacting our revenue management and supporting company growth initiatives.

1. Assist in preparing monthly management reports focused on revenue, analyzing results and variances, preparing SaaS KPIs, and communicating insights.
2. Collaborate with the Account Management team to report on new sales, expansions, decreases, and churn accurately.
3. Manage monthly/quarterly revenue reconciliations and record necessary journal entries during month-end closing.
4. Develop budgets and forecasts based on SaaS methodologies for ARR and NRR.
5. Report on ARR by customer monthly and quarterly.
6. Prepare and update cash receipts forecasts bi-weekly, considering A/R aging and other relevant factors.
7. Participate in projects to optimize order-to-cash processes, including billing enhancements, automated dunning notices, customer database improvements, and budget streamlining.

What you offer…

• A business degree in accounting or finance; CPA or progress towards it is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in revenue accounting/reporting, financial planning and analysis, or related fields.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate; able to prioritize and work under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Team player with flexibility; adept at handling changing priorities positively.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and Excel is advantageous.
