Detailed Job Description

We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of experience in roles such as Analyst, Product Manager, Project Management, or Continuous Improvement / Lean Six Sigma.

Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or PMP / CAPM are considered assets.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to conduct in-depth industry and company research using various sources, and to develop detailed Excel-based supply chain models and analyses.
2. Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and enhance the organization's data maturity. Must be quick to ramp up understanding of underlying data.
3. Communication Skills: Ability to prepare and clearly present information, transfer knowledge effectively, and explain concepts understandably. Fluency in German or Italian is an asset.
4. Prioritization: Capable of working in a fast-paced environment in an organized and thoughtful manner.
5. Conceptual understanding of Supply Chain tools and systems.
6. Excellent understanding of IT systems, tools, data structures, and database architecture.
7. Advanced user of Excel; knowledge of Python and SQL is an asset.
8. Experience developing Business Intelligence systems (Tableau, Power BI) is an asset.
9. Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, or other cloud computing architectures is an asset.
