Responsibilities

The Program Manager, under the direction of the CIO or Director of Applications, ensures project visibility and guides the team through implementation, maintaining a unified vision and plan across all project areas.

Qualifications

Required qualifications :

• Six or more years of applicable work experience.
• At least five years of experience with electronic medical records.
• Experience leading Epic implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage staff effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred qualifications :

• At least four years of experience with integrated healthcare information systems.
• At least four years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations.
