Position Description

Under the supervision of the Senior Capital Projects Coordinator, the successful candidate will manage internal strategic capital projects for various properties, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and controls.

Role and Responsibilities

• Receive goods/services according to external project managers' instructions
• Complete KPI tables
• Monitor project progress
• Support external project managers with related tasks
• Close projects appropriately
• Process budget change requests, purchase orders, and receipts in various systems
• Review purchase order requests and process them
• Track invoice payments with the payables department as per external project managers' terms
• Validate supplier requests and process them according to the province's requirements
• Collaborate with external project managers to validate and approve invoices

Experience and Qualifications

• DEP or DEC in administration, accounting, or office management (asset)
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS 365 suite
