Job description

Our client has immediate opportunities for Millwrights to join their team.

Wage: $32-38/hr + Shift Premium based on experience

Benefit package includes:

• Incentive bonus program worth 7.5% of base pay,
• Paid overtime,
• Medical, dental, vision care, prescription drug programs,
• Company paid pension plan worth 5% of base pay.

Shift: Day/Afternoon rotation biweekly

Responsibilities:

1. Perform highly diversified duties to repair and maintain building and production mechanical systems.
2. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective parts, test and make adjustments to automated production equipment.
3. Perform regular preventive maintenance on plant facilities and production equipment.

Qualifications:

1. Licensed Industrial Mechanic/Millwright (433A License).
2. Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, HVAC systems, etc.
3. Able to read and understand Operation Standards, blueprints, maintenance and equipment manuals, etc.
4. Experience in use of machine tools (lathe, mill, surface grinder, cut-off tools, etc.), hand and power tools.
5. Skilled at effective communications with people at all levels of the organization.
6. Regularly exposed to dust, grease/oil, odors, noise, smoke, etc.
7. Regularly required to be exposed to outside weather/elements.
8. Regularly required to work at heights and in confined spaces.
