Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Sales Specialist with a strong background in psychology to join our team. This unique position requires a blend of sales acumen and psychological understanding to engage potential clients, assess their needs, and guide them toward the appropriate services within our clinic. Your ability to build trust and connect with clients on a deeper level will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to incoming leads via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their mental health needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Utilize psychological insights to ask thoughtful, probing questions, uncover underlying issues, and identify the best-fit services within our clinic.
  • Clearly communicate the value of our therapy services and how they can address clients' unique needs.
  • Build rapport and trust with clients, ensuring they feel heard and supported during the consultation process.
  • Collaborate with clinicians to ensure a seamless referral process and handoff of clients to the appropriate therapist or program.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, client relations, or a similar role, preferably within the mental health or wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of psychological principles and mental health challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
  • Empathy and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Comfortable discussing sensitive topics with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an asset.
