What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with customers via phone/email to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Aseptic Filling Products
- Take ownership of technical issues, driving them through to resolution while adhering to escalation procedures
- Document all support activities in the service tracking system with high attention to detail
- Identify problem areas and trends, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements
- Participate in creating and updating service documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Post-secondary engineering degree, diploma, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a technical support role specializing in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics
- At least 1 year of experience in network, computer programming, or software troubleshooting directly with customers
- Availability to work evenings, nights, or weekends to support 24/7 coverage
- Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and occasionally internationally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with computer networking, data acquisition, and data historian
- Understanding of robotics, control systems, and machine operation with hands-on experience
- Programming experience with PLC, Wonderware, or FactoryTalk
