Position: Sales Manager at Jaguar Land Rover

The Sales Manager will assist the General Manager in planning, organizing, controlling, and measuring the activities of the Sales Department. Responsibilities include developing training programs for sales staff, overseeing administrative details, and ensuring departmental goals are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and guide sales goals for the team.
  • Recommend inventory based on sales data.
  • Set and monitor sales and gross objectives.
  • Forecast expenses and performance metrics.
  • Conduct daily meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Hire, motivate, and supervise sales staff.
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize sales efforts.
Other Duties:
  • Enhance dealership image through coordinated efforts.
  • Review performance records and develop promotional strategies.
