UnspecifiedAs a Senior Manager, Aftermarket Finance, you will play a critical role in the financial and strategic performance of the Landing Gear Aftermarket value stream, which encompasses the MRO (Maintenance Repair and Overhaul) and Commercial Aftermarket spares channels. As the Senior Finance Manager you will oversee both the accounting and FP&A functions while ensuring a strong control environment is maintained and championing a culture of continuous process improvement. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to further develop effective presentation and leadership skills, displays critical thinking abilities and possesses a desire/eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, complex and dynamic environment. This is a leadership role with 3 direct reports.
You will work onsite 5 days a week at our Oakville, Ontario location. This role reports to the Associate Director, Program Finance (Commercial Landing Gear), also located at the Oakville facility.
