The Role

In this fast-paced position, you will respond to and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups. You will provide IT support for Windows systems and deploy new laptops. Your attention to detail and creativity will be vital as you investigate and implement solutions to technical issues, identify recurring problems, and propose solutions to address root causes.

Job Requirements

Your Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience installing and configuring Windows OS, networked and local printers, and business applications.
• Experience with IT support ticketing systems.
• Good knowledge of basic TCP/IP networking concepts.
• Ability to create test transactions, run tests to find errors, and ensure programs meet specifications and compliance.
• Experience training end users on software applications.
