About the Role

iCapital is seeking a talented Vice President to join Platform Operations. This pivotal role supports the technical and operational needs across iCapital’s platform offerings, including maintenance, customization, and feature development to serve our diverse customer base. Responsibilities

1. Develop an in-depth understanding of all platform interfaces, proactively identify issues, and seek continuous improvements.
2. Collaborate with senior team members to scope, prepare, and manage tasks for successful platform and fund launches.
3. Configure and customize platform settings, manage user setup, map documents, and test configurations for quality prior to launch.
4. Respond to platform update requests via the team’s ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
5. Support internal and external stakeholders by managing and prioritizing project deliverables with the Operations Platform Support team.
6. Contribute to process guide updates, incorporating new solutions and enhancements.
7. Assist with updating team documentation as new product solutions and features are introduced.
8. Lead efforts to implement and troubleshoot integrations between clients, vendors, and iCapital.

Additionally, support data integration with clients and vendors and may lead customer demonstrations for new solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in related industries, with 3+ years in platform or middle office operations within fintech, financial services, or alternatives.
• Exposure to technical platform integration, business processes, and workflows is advantageous.
• Strong time management, prioritization, initiative, and attention to detail.
• A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and capable of working independently and in teams.
• Client-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with global partners, internal teams, and clients.
• Technical skills including proficiency with spreadsheets, BI tools, databases, and SQL is a plus.
