What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a structured call flow guide
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain a broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones and tablets
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while promoting additional products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ask probing questions
- Open availability and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- A quiet, distraction-free home environment for work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical support experience
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
