Job Summary
As a Server at Simona, you are an integral part of the guest experience—creating connections, anticipating needs, and delivering exceptional service with warmth and professionalism. You’ll guide guests through the menu with confidence and provide seamless hospitality that reflects our high standards and Italian spirit.

Responsibilities
Greet and engage guests with a polished and positive attitude
Confidently guide guests through food and beverage menus
Take orders accurately and input them into the POS system promptly
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, daily features, and any dietary accommodations
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
Monitor tables and manage pacing of the meal to ensure a smooth dining experience
Support your teammates and contribute to a positive service flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and side stations
Handle cash and card payments accurately and responsibly

Qualifications
Previous serving experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant is preferred
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service is an asset
Professional, enthusiastic, and guest-focused attitude
Ability to stay calm and effective during busy service periods
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Smart Serve certification required
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is essential
A refined, well-groomed appearance that reflects the Simona brand
