The Position

As a Sales Representative at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales goals and inform management of activities and market trends.

• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and tailor sales calls to healthcare provider needs.

• Conduct product education sessions and liaise with pharmacists and hospitals for optimal product usage.

• Attend industry events to promote products, gather market information, and demonstrate leadership at company meetings.

• Manage budgets and contribute to broader district and corporate objectives, including leading initiatives and participating in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

Need to have:

• Minimum of a university degree or business qualifications.

• At least 3 years of pharmaceutical experience.

• Strong motivation, data acumen, and collaborative skills.

• A strong background in pharmaceutical sales.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the Canadian market (2-3 years) or 3+ years at Novo Nordisk.
