This role will follow a remote schedule. Applicants can expect to work fully remote from home and may be asked to come into the Ottawa Home Office periodically.

What You'll Be Doing :

The role involves planning, executing, and delivering complex HR projects, focusing on HR Shared Services rollout. Responsibilities include ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of HR initiatives with cross-functional impact, mitigating risks, and aligning with strategy.

Project planning : Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.

Stakeholder management : Collaborate with cross-functional partners and HR leads to ensure alignment between project outcomes and stakeholder needs.

Execution and Delivery : Monitor progress, track KPIs, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, and resolve issues during implementation.

Change Management : Implement change strategies to support adoption, facilitate testing, training, and communication to ease transitions and encourage engagement.

Project Post Mortem : Evaluate project success against KPIs, conduct post-implementation reviews, and suggest improvements.

What You'll Bring :

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects.
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP)
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and communicate clearly.
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Assets You May Have :

  • Process improvement certification, such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience with HR Shared Services (HRSS), including launches or reengineering
  • Corporate or retail experience
