An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead a variety of projects from initiation to closure. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing project teams, and ensuring quality deliverables within budget. The role of the Project Manager is to initiate, plan, execute, deliver, monitor/Control, and close projects according to determined deadlines to accepted quality levels and within budget. The projects may range from small to large complex projects with significant company visibility. There is the requirement to identify or acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
As well this role acts in a leadership capacity to mentor and train junior PM’s and BA’s as required. The Project Manager shall mange the project lifecycle following the Project Management Institute’s best practices, PMBOK Guidelines, and the Alterna PMO Office standards under the direction of the Director, Business Management Office.
