Job description

We are currently hiring a Bilingual Sales Coordinator for our client – a dynamic and customer-focused Canadian medical device company. The right candidate for this role is energetic, detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to the regional sales team, including preparing quotations, responding to tenders, and organizing demonstration materials.
• Assist in office operations, including supply management, shipping / receiving, and administrative tasks.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and develop expertise in the company’s products and services.
• Support sales and customer service activities, including backup coverage when needed.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, including translations, ensuring branding consistency.
• Help organize trade shows and sales meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and contribute beyond assigned responsibilities.
• Represent the company ethically and professionally at all times.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales support.
• Experience in the life sciences sector – medical devices, pharmaceuticals, etc.
• Bilingual (English & French) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Leadership experience with a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
