Your Role & Responsibilities

• Connect with qualified inbound leads seeking change, growth, and autonomy
• Conduct structured phone or Zoom conversations to guide prospects through the decision-making process
• Share information about our digital education programs and success systems
• Follow a proven framework and training process to convert high-intent prospects into clients
• Leverage social media and content platforms to network and expand visibility
• Participate in ongoing weekly Zoom-based mentorship and development training
• Utilize personal branding strategies to attract aligned, success-oriented individuals
• Work independently while staying connected to a supportive leadership team
