We are seeking a Loss Prevention Store Investigator to help create a safe environment for our associates and customers. What You’ll Do

• Deter, detect, and apprehend individuals attempting theft or fraud, supporting legal actions and court appearances.
• Use CCTV and floor walking for surveillance; collaborate with Organized Retail Crime investigators on external loss cases.
• Report internal dishonesty, support supply chain investigations, and report external incidents to law enforcement.
• Support multiple stores and markets, reporting to a Store Investigation Supervisor within Loss Prevention.

About You

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Law and Security/Loss Prevention diploma preferred.
• Strong work ethic, passion for working with people; experience in retail loss prevention, military, security, or law enforcement encouraged.
• Provincial security license (where applicable); valid driver’s license preferred with access to a vehicle and good driving record.
• Knowledge of the Criminal Code and its application to retail crimes.
